Electric Current:
120 Volts, 60 Cycles is the standard voltage here in Canada. But don't worry about bringing your hair dryer, they're already provided in every room. Adapters for 220 Volts available upon request at the reception.
Safety Deposit Boxes:
All rooms are equipped with safes. Château Versailles can not be held responsible for belongings left in the rooms.
Currency Exchange:
You can exchange your US currency at the reception for a maximum of $100 CDN. For larger amounts than $100 CDN, the hotel recommends you use one of Montreal 's many exchange bureaus.
Accepted Credit Cards:
We accept most major credit cards including: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, En Route, Carte Blanche, JCB and Discover.
Medical:
The Château Versailles provides the service of a doctor who is available on call 24 hours a day. The cost for a visit on the hotel premise is approximately $200.00 CDN (plus taxes).
Pets:
We know they're part of the family and we understand that you just can't travel without them. That's why we're happy to have them stay with us and will treat them as VIP guests. A cost of $15/day is added to your room bill and includes unlimited petting from our staff.
